Aw man. Well, it could mean someone had a similar idea. That totally happens. But if they’re using the exact same art, that means someone is stealing and plagiarizing our art. All of the art and designs here are created in house and we don’t outsource the creative work to anybody else. Please email us at email@example.com and send a URL of the identical product. Thanks!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most credit cards, as well as PayPal. We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders, or Bitcoin, even though it would sound cool if we did accept Bitcoin.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
California residents definitely will be charged sales tax because we’re based in California. Sorry, California, but hey, you get 70 degree weather all year long, so life’s not so bad. The laws are constantly changing and if your state collects internet sales tax, it will show at checkout.
Is it safe to buy stuff online?
We think in general, online shopping is pretty safe and we buy things online all the time. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website. The server that hosts our website encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. We’re a small company so we actually think we’re less likely to get hacked, compared to, oh I don’t know, Equifax. Facebook. Uber. Yahoo. (all hacked!)
How long will it take to get my stuff?
Every single order is custom made! It takes about 1 week to custom print your order, and about 1 week to ship and deliver. During busy seasons, that time can go up to 3 weeks.
Do you have expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping is available to most of our US customers. You’ll see it as an option at checkout. If you don’t see that option, unfortunately that means it’s unavailable in your area.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We do! Please allow extra time for international mail to arrive, usually up to 3-4 weeks, depending on location. Also, please provide a phone number for customs forms.
Important Note – International shipments may be subject to local duties and taxes. International buyers are responsible for any and all customs charges, taxes and additional postage fees.
We are looking into partnering with a facility in Europe in the near future, so that will help speed up international deliveries.
Returns and Exchanges
How do I cancel or change my order?
All orders are made-to-order and the process begins immediately after an order is placed. If you have a question about a cancellation of an order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to see if we can accommodate a cancellation request, but it is not guaranteed.
My item doesn’t fit. How do I make an exchange?
We can not be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept exchanges for this reason once the garments are custom printed. We provide detailed sizing charts for all apparel. Colors don’t always match what you see on a backlit screen so please allow some room for variation.
How do I make a return or exchange?
Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless you received the wrong item, or the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. Please send us clear photos of the incorrect or defective item, and we will send you a replacement or refund as soon as possible, as well as provide info on how to get the product back to us.
Any claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 5 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at email@example.com.
DO NOT send your items back until you receive return authorization. We are not responsible for those items.
Is my information safe?
Absolutely. We will NEVER sell your credit card information or order history or any other personal information. We only share the minimum information with manufacturers and distributers to send you your order. Again, we won’t ever sell your information to some third party.
